- Besides sharing what i’ll be packing for myself, I’ll be giving my best tips and tricks for surviving hours in a car….I would know, I have a car phobia! For some unfortunate reasons I’ve had to spend a lot of time in a car, you best believe I know how to keep my mind occupied. 🙂

- I will be reviewing good & bad fats, explaining why you need fat (and why you shouldn’t be so terrified of it!) and where to find the fats that you need to live a healthy life!

As you can see It’s sort of an all over the place blog, I have too many things I want to talk about and share to pick just one topic! BUT I think you guys will actually benefit from that, there are some areas where I really know what I’m talking about!
